Our products (including agitating station, transport vehicle, tower crane, concrete delivery pump,agitater,mini excavator) come with a half-a-year warranty. For concrete delivery pump, we will visit the clients every three months and provide charge-free services at its initial operation less than 500m3. Any quality defects falling within warranty period and warranty scope will be provided with the best services on free basis. In order to urge the clients to know, operate and manage the equipment in good manners, while to release the company from unnecessary burdens, we will provide pay services for those products that fall within warranty period but beyond warranty scope.
