Hydraulic driving device |

Mixing drum: |
- Adopting special hydraulic driving device from Japan Dajin Company,
with constant speed, reliable performance and large torque.
- Incorporating patented constant speed (C.S.V) hydraulic pump,
which keeps the agitating speed of the mixing drum around 2r/min;
compared to a non-constant speed (C.S.V) hydraulic pump, it saves
35% of the total energy consumption of the mixing drum, increasing
its useful life by 1.3 times.

- The mixing drum is manufactured with Japan Jidong technical
drawings and industrially assembled dies, delivering excellent
mixing performance, quick discharge and long useful life. The
C-shaped helical blade is made out in double spiral, assuring
both the mixing performance and discharge.

- 1.Feed hopper: Large-diameter open feed hopper with optimized
feed angle, shortened loading time and rapid feeding.
- 2.Safety ladder: Multi-stage safety ladder meeting ergonomic
principles with broad pedal and made of anti-skidding material,
very safe and convenient to pass through.
- 3.Discharge slideway Made of high wearable steel plate with
optimized discharge angle, extraordinarily smoothening the discharge.
- 4.Discharge chute: Wide and deep double-layered steel structure
chute without overflowing in discharge, firm and durable. The
chute may ascent and descent in the manners of hand spiral type,
spring forcing type and hydraulic ejecting type, all of which
are easy to operate.
- 5.Maneuvering system: The rotating speed and feeding, discharge
function are controllable at 4 positions, unique in design, explicit
in grade positioning, reliable, easy to operate and effort-saving.
- 6. Locking device: The simple and easy locking device assures
the safety of the slideway during driving.
