| The main stirring machine adopts advanced technologies from ELBA Company in Germany, featuring advanced mechanism, compact structure, reliable operation, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, etc., mixing aggregate up to 180mm in size and also mixtures of dry, hard, plastic, light mixers of grout, mortar and silicate. The main stirring machine is available in a full range, from 0.5m3~4m3 single horizontal shaft to double horizontal shaft forcible-type stirring machine. Presently, 4.5m3~6m3 forcible-type main stirring machines are being developed. | The main stirring machine adopts the shaft end sealing with patent technology from ELBA Company in Germany with distinctively designed agitator blades, short stirring period and high uniformity. | All powder materials are fed, batched, metered, replenished, mixed and discharged in a sealed state. The sophisticated dedusting system and fully-enclosed aggregate belt conveyor in the main plant greatly reduce the pollution of dust and noise to the environment. |
Each maintenance part of the whole unit is provided with a walkway or examination ladder, visualized, visible and offering sufficient operating space. The main unit is fitted out with 2 sets of devices by pump flushing and manual operation respectively, both can work simultaneously. |
